• shishka - small but choice selection, lots of sega. links to other pages so you can go down a fun image rabbithole!
• artwork - alllll kinds of pixels and graphics, all of them supercute!
• vivarism - scans from cute stickerbooks! wip but there's already so much supercute stuff here.
• cute.gif - what it says on the tin lol. lots of sanrio and other sundries.
• antique shop - profuse amounts of small pixels and a few larger graphics.
• nukocities - oodles of gifs of the funny decomail cat.

beyond:

• gifcities - the internet archive's collection of gifs.
• school idol tomodachi - all the cards from the 'love live! school idol festival' mobile game. click on one for HQ and transparent images of the card! the 'idols' section also has image collections for each idol.
• kach again - huge repository of rips from llsif. i'd still recommend the above for card extracts bc the search engine is better, but this has all the rest!
