alot of these are really popular but i think it's nice to list them anyway lol

• photopea - like photoshop, but free and in your browser! i love using it for image editing.
• vscode - idk how i didn't find this sooner? popular tool for website building - build in neocities text editor no longer! i recommend the 'live server' plugin.
• waifu2x - tool for enlarging images while maintaining - or improving - image quality. the ai is designed to work with anime images.
• bloggif - the only gif text generator i've found that works for me. there are other generators on the site but i've yet to try them.
• marginalia search - small search engine for all your small search needs!
• blinkies.cafe - make custom blinkies using templates! new templates weekly.
